The workshop examines how artificial intelligence is reshaping work, skills, and organisational practices, with a particular focus on the creative industries while drawing out implications for HRM within this context and the wider world of work. Bringing together academics and practitioners, the session will explore emerging challenges such as job and skill redesign, workforce capability development, ethical tensions, and evolving employer–employee relationships in AI‑enabled workplaces.
This workshop is suitable for academics, industry professionals, and early-career researchers interested in exploring AI, skills, and the future of work in the creative industries.
